fix: setup edge-to-edge using compat helper

• Added a call to WindowCompat.enableEdgeToEdge() for proper setup.
• Removed the unnecessary call to ViewCompat.onApplyWindowInsets().
• Renamed setupNavigationBarPadding() to setupEdgeToEdge().
