when i close app while call i cannot close the call and cannot control the call, I can’t manage it from the notification panel either

Steps to reproduce the bug

call someone
close the app

Expected behavior

We need to be able to manage it whilst the app is closed

Actual behavior

If you close the app whilst calling someone and they don’t answer the call, the notification doesn’t disappear without stopping the app; the close button doesn’t work, and you can’t access the ‘Manage’ screen by tapping the notification.
And even if that person answers the call, the same issues persist.
