feat: add option to customize contact click behavior

What changed and why

Added On contact click preference to customize contact click behavior. Unlike the Contacts app, this only has two options:

• Call contact
• View contacts details
• Edit contact details

This change does not allow users to completely restore the original pre-#80 behavior, where clicking a contact on the Contacts tab would launch contact details, but clicking a contact on the Favorites tab would start a call. This new preference applies to both the Contacts and Favorites tabs.

Tests performed

• Contact click with On contact click set to Call contact
• Contact click with On contact click set to View contacts details

Closes the following issue(s)

• Closes Add User Choice When Selecting a Contact #561
