No way to set Last.fm endpoint username/password

I am trying to use the Last.fm endpoint as a last.fm-like scrobbler with multi scrobbler via ArchiveTune on android. One of the things it require is an username and password for the account, expect I don't see a way to set that in Multi Scrobbler. If I setup the scrobbling service on ArchiveTune and instead just use a made-up username and password, I get the following error in Multi scrobbler

To me, this just seems like Multi scrobbler doesn't support last.fm endpoint clients that require an account. Is this something on Multi scrobbler's end to implement? Or perhaps there is a settings I just have missed?
