if i can backup anything i also have to be able to restore anything, too.
idea of functionality:
- list all available backups (easy - just shell)
- delete old backups (easy - just shell)
- select and restore selected backup (complicated - sequence diagram needed?, stop stack, ???, profit, restart stack)
