Commands Reference

Player Commands

/nextchest

Aliases: /nc
Permission: spawnchest.use

Shows time remaining until the next chest spawns.

Next chest in 5m 23s.

/mystats

Aliases: /stats
Permission: spawnchest.use

Displays your personal statistics.

Admin Commands

/chestnow

Aliases: /spawnchestnow
Permission: spawnchest.admin

Spawns a chest immediately. Respects chest-count-per-interval — if set to 3, spawns 3 chests. Resets the spawn timer and clears all countdown warnings.

/setchesttimer <seconds>

Permission: spawnchest.setchesttimer

Changes the spawn interval in seconds.

/setchesttimer 300    # 5 minutes
/setchesttimer 3600   # 1 hour
/setchesttimer 60     # 1 minute (testing)

/resettimer

Permission: spawnchest.resettimer

Resets the timer so a chest spawns in approximately 10 seconds. Useful for quick testing without touching the interval.

/putintothechest

Aliases: /customloot, /chestloot, /editloot
Permission: spawnchest.admin

Opens the custom loot GUI editor. See the Custom Loot wiki page for full details.

/giveapple <type> <player> [amount]

Permission: spawnchest.giveapple

Gives a Summoner Apple to a player. Four types are available, each forcing a specific chest tier.

Type Result
random Spawns a random-tier chest
common Always spawns a Common chest
rare Always spawns a Rare chest
legendary Always spawns a Legendary chest

Tab Completion

All commands support tab completion for subcommands, player names, config paths, feature names, item names, and apple types.

/getlegendaryitems

Aliases: /getlegendary, /gli
Permission: spawnchest.getlegendaryitems

Gives you all enabled legendary items plus one of each summoner apple type and 64 arrows.

Gives:

  • Master Pickaxe
  • Titan Axe
  • Void Shovel
  • Storm Hammer
  • Guardian Bow
  • Book of Ancient Wisdom
  • Phoenix Feather
  • Poseidon's Trident

/chestconfig <action> [args]

Aliases: /cc
Permission: spawnchest.config

Live configuration management. Changes take effect immediately without restarting.

List settings for a section

Reload config

/chestconfig reload

/togglelegendary [item]

Permission: spawnchest.config

Toggles legendary items on or off. Without an argument, toggles the master switch for all items at once.

Toggles a named feature on or off.

/reloadchestconfig

Permission: spawnchest.reloadchestconfig

Reloads all configuration files and language files. Also restarts the BossBar task if enabled.

Reloads:

  • config.yml
  • All language files in lang/
  • Spawn interval
  • BossBar settings

/testchestzone

Permission: spawnchest.testchestzone

Prints five sample spawn coordinates based on current zone settings. Useful for verifying distance and world settings before a live event.
