Admin interface on frame + more tests

• Add a whole lot of tests in the frameos/ folder
• Enables React frontends on the frame itself and convert the / url to use react
• Run a version of the frame editor on the frame itself under /admin (opt in):

• Refactor the way we parse/pass/serializer frame config (use jsony)
