Describe the bug

The FW16 AMD BIOS 3.0.5 is published as being non-downgradable.
This makes it next to impossible to test the upgrade process because one cannot downgrade to redo the test.

Steps To Reproduce

The non-downgradability is mentioned in the release notes.

Expected behavior

It should be downgradable, so users can back-out if it causes problems.
