BIOS VERSION

Standalone Operation
Are you running your mainboard as a standalone device. Is standalone mode enabled in the BIOS?
- Yes
- No
Describe the bug
Update BIOS from 3.04 to 3.06. Successful.
Then a completely new installation of Linux Mint 22.2. First started LiveCD. Went well. Performed the installation from LiveCD. Also went well. Restarted after installation from LiveCD, also went well.
Then, the first restart displays a screen with the Framework logo, which remains "stuck". Restarting in LinuxMint maintenance mode displays a message that NVME is timing out.
Tried installation of Windows11: went fine.
Tried installation of Ubuntu 24, went fine.
Tried other NVME SSD: Samsung NVME 1TB, Linux Mint 22.2, starting the system gives time outs.
Temporary solution: I bypassed booting from NVME, instead, used the USB external FWdisk. System starts up fine.
So it must be something with the combination FW3.06, NVME and Linux Mint which gave me the time outs. There were no problems like this with BIOS 3.04. Something to do with the battery extender?
Expected behavior
Normal start.
