Framework desktop shows unnecessary warning during BIOS upgrade

During a BIOS upgrade I noticed on the monitor the message:

Please keep AC attached while updating

On a laptop this makes sense, you want to make sure nothing goes wrong from a dead battery or nearly dead battery. But on a desktop isn't this implied? If you unplug the power in the middle of an update the update can't finish.

1. I would not see any benefit in removing the message

2. Have seen way to many users thinking they can "cancel" an update by unplugging power, only to get a bricked bios because it was in the middle of writing the new bios to flash...

Yeah, i had the same feeling at some point. Please parse this message as "it's not safe to turn off your computer".

You underestimate the average user's ability to fuck things up. No, it's not implied; there is a reason why every single BIOS update screen has this, even on desktops from all major brands, and even serves. And I've still seen somebody do that and brick their bios somehow. No, it's not implied to someone who doesn't know how the process works; in fact, in my opinion, the warning is too small.
