Describe the bug

After the firmware update process, the DP display does not work and the amdgpu driver spews lots of warning messages in the kernel log:

Fortunately, the problem is no longer reproduced after replugging the cable.

Steps To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Connect the laptop to a DP display
  2. Do firmware upgrade
  3. Check whether the display works right after the upgrade

Expected behavior

PD display output still working after the firmware upgrade.
