GPU (CUDA) Optimization

Hi,
FOXES would be much better if it got optimized to run on GPU cores (Cuda cores) like tensor flow as that would decrease the running time of the models (Bastankhah 2014 linear k004 wake model) for big data by quite huge noncomparable difference.
