Improve Vorze conversion

Came here via finding #29 on Google. I'm using Vorze CSV for input and an actual Vorze device for output, and was surprised that it's converting at all.

It's probably not working too well because I don't have a Vorze and didn't receive a lot of feedback either.

I've done a bit of reading now and see that at least when the CSV is read, it would be kept as a list of VorzeScriptAction. And I see that there are two loaders, one which converts to funscript and one which doesn't. I haven't done any debugging so I don't know which one it's using, but my hypothesis is that maybe the abstraction we get from the server hides the fact that it's dealing with a Vorze (other than showing the device name), so the code thinks it has to convert it.

On the device side, Buttplug is doing all the heavy lifting - as you've guessed it tells ScriptPlayer that the deivce supports VorzeCommands but also generic movement commands, which is what I'm using. I've given up on trying to convert the commands themselfes because that parts seems to work alright. I should probably remove the empty functions I never finished.
