Previously we have FreeRTOS Cellular Library document and FreeRTOS Cellular Common Library document.
To simplify the document, common library document is now a tab, "porting module guide", in cellular library document.
The content in main tab "Data types and Constants" should be the cellular library not the cellular common library.
