feat: add support for OpenIris firmware UVC mode - libuvc: Add support for parsing UVC 1.50 (bcdUVC 0x0150) descriptors used by OpenIris (TinyUSB). - native-lib: Handle continuous frame intervals when discrete interval arrays are absent in the OpenIris stream descriptor. - native-lib: Broaden MJPEG stream detection by validating UVC_VS_FORMAT_MJPEG subtype and "JPEG" fourcc. - native-lib: Improve error logging for `uvc_open_internal` failures.
