Adds ability to set / change nicknames, with default randomized nicknames option and warnings for manual nickname setting

Note: this adds nickname support for contact locally, it's never shared with server. And you're only allowed to set nicknames for SMP verified contacts
Also added scrollable contact list
And fixed password_prompt
