CommunityToolkit.Mvvm パッケージのバージョンが 8.2.2 から 8.3.0 に更新されました。 Microsoft.PowerShell.SDK パッケージのバージョンが 7.4.4 から 7.4.5 に更新されました。 Sentry.Extensions.Logging パッケージのバージョンが 4.10.1 から 4.10.2 に更新されました。
`dotnet publish` コマンドの出力ディレクトリ指定部分が変更されました。具体的には、`publish\plugins\$folders[$i].Name` から `publish\plugins\$($folders[$i].Name)` に変更されました。これにより、ディレクトリ名が正しく解釈されるようになります。
