OneOcr で brightness, contrast 調整を行う。 調整値は環境変数 'OCR_BRIGHTNESS_WindowTranslator'(-127 - 128), 'OCR_CONTRAST_WindowTranslator'(-99 - 100) で指定。 設定UI による指定は後日の実装で対応。 closes Freeesia#591
