[BUG] Feed updates failing with current transaction is aborted, commands ignored until end of transaction block

Feed updates fail and I see this error in the logs.

FreshRSS[22]: [ishan] [Sun, 01 May 2022 10:02:04 +0530] [error] --- SQL error updateCachedValue: ERROR:  current transaction is aborted, commands ignored until end of transaction block

To Reproduce

I don't have exact steps to replicate this error. It was working fine until 26th April, I have not changed anything in the DB or Freshrss and suddenly it just started throwing this error.

Expected behavior
it should not throw that error.

I had the postgresql package installed which was automatically upgraded to postgresql14 andI didn't check postgresql logs after upgrading. It was running into errors when loading a library.

May 02 12:43:38 website postgres[3058361]: 2022-05-02 12:43:38.345 IST [3058361] ERROR:  could not load library "/usr/lib/postgresql/plpgsql.so": /usr/lib/postgresql/plpgsql.so: undefined symbol: SPI_execute_extended

It works just fine after doing the upgrade properly.
