[Feature] Option to have lateral bar collapsed by default

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

When browsing my feed of articles I like to have the lateral bar collasped.
Right now when I open freshrss this bar is by default open and I have to collapse it manually which takes one mouse click every single time.

Use case

I open fresh rss, collapse the lateral bar using the icon and then start browsing my feed of articles.

Describe the solution you’d like

It would be fantastic to have an option in the profile preferences to open the web UI with the lateral bar collapsed for the logged in user.
