[Bug] maximum number of feeds per user, not respected

Describe the bug

I have set "50" as the max feeds number every user is allowed to keep.
More than one user has more than that.

I cannot reproduce. Note that lowering the limit will not remove existing feeds, only prevent adding new ones.
Are you sure this is not a user who already had more than 50 feeds before you defined the limit?

I'm quite sure, yes.
One user went from 180 (when I first reported this) to 225 feeds.

Alright, I think this is due to the Dynamic OPML feature, which was indeed not obeying the feed limit. Fix coming.
