Initial Release

This release contains all functions needed for package to function. May be missing warnings/errors from functions, but using as intended shall work.
Things not implemented that would like include:

• function to extract particular parameters for simulation step
• more in-depth descriptions (not required but would like)
• vignette for simulating distributions on cells
