Generate llms.txt and llms-full.txt

This uses @signalwire/docusaurus-plugin-llms-txt which seems to be the most popular plugin for Docusaurus despite being a bit stale (last published 9 months ago). But hopefully it's Good Enough ™️ I hope in the future this will be officially included in Docusaurus.

When running it locally going to /llms.txt gives me a 404. Is it located somewhere else?

@rokostik I'm not sure it works in dev mode. If you run npm run build and then npm run serve do you see it? The plugin generates the markdown file from the built HTML files, rather than the Markdown and MDX files, which is why I think it only works during build.
