Implement Toggle to only match full words

Feature Request

I was running into some issues, where I added strings to the bad words list, which itself shouldn't be posted by members. But some of them could be included in longer words without issue.

Describe the solution you'd like

I would image we could potentially implement a toggle which would allow admins to configure;

• if the bad words list should only match full words
• if the bad words list should also match partial words

Describe alternatives you've considered

Having less stringent / longer words to reduce occasions where partial words are being blocked

Note that this is made slightly more complicated by the fact that fof/filter by default has evasion protection -- in other words, if "bad" is in the filter, it will catch "b a d", "ba d", etc... any whitespace variation (I believe) due to

filter/src/Listener/CheckPost.php

Adding "full word" detection means there have to be word delimiters, essentially removing this functionality for those items that need it.
