Which language should Mining Layers speak next? #1

Some actual numbers, so this isn't guesswork. Steam reviews for FS25 by language (56,278 reviews total):
English and German are already in. Based on this, Polish and French are next — that part is decided. The poll stays open for everything after that, and the offer stands for any language on the list: the files are plain XML in |

Hi, thanks for your specttacular mod. Regards. |

Ciao Marco, your translation ships with the next version, 1.5.0 — thank you. All 133 strings you sent are in, unchanged: nothing of yours was reworded or dropped. We only added 21 keys for features that landed after your file (the surface reference grid and the map report), and we followed your wording and structure for those. You are credited as the Italian translator in the modDesc and in the README. Mining Layers speaks five languages now, and Italian is the first one that came from a player instead of from us. Grazie! |
Uh oh!

The mod and its in-game manual are currently available in English and German. FS25 itself supports 26 languages, so there's room — but I'd rather translate what people actually play in than guess.

Want to translate it yourself? Even better, and very welcome. The language files are plain XML (
l10n/l10n_en.xmlas the template, around 75 entries plus the in-game manual). Copy it, translate it, open a pull request — or send me the file any way you like and I'll add it with credit. No coding needed. One note on quality: I'd rather have three well-translated languages than ten machine-translated ones. Mining terms in particular (overburden, seam, spoil pile) go wrong easily, so a native speaker beats a translator tool every time.
