Implement English version website under website.en/ with complete infrastructure and essential content

The implementation follows American English conventions and maintains all website functionality while providing a complete translation of essential content.

• Table of Contents: Full structural translation including all 12 chapters and 7 appendices with learning navigation guides
• Introduction Chapter: Comprehensive 17KB translation covering software entropy, AI-era programming concepts, Vibe Coding, and technical foundations

• Preserved all markdown formatting, links, and navigation structure
• Maintained website functionality including dynamic content loading
• Used consistent American English technical terminology throughout
• Ensured cross-browser compatibility with standard HTML/CSS/JS
