I own a reMarkable 2 tablet. Among many other things, I use this tablet to display music scores for rehearsals and home practise. It works great, except for turning the pages. Even with the ddvk hacks and its reader mode, you still have to touch the side of the screen to turn the page, and you sometimes don't have the time to do it. The tablet doesn't have any bluetooth, so it's not possible to use existing Bluetooth pedal like this one, and they are very expensive. It's not possible either to plug a keyboard, or anything working as a keyboard as the USB C port can't power up anything (the VBUS wire of the USB C port is not connected). So I decided to create a device that would allow this simple feature: turn the pages on the reMarkable 2 tablet when a foot switch is pressed.
The following video shows a demo in action.
