LGTM. It's unfortunate that we can't do something simpler, but this will do until we get a chance to revisit each of the quickstarts.

Problem
Existing kickstart assumes the stylesheet in this repo is compatible with the theme, at the moment the theme is created.
Solution
Source control the entire theme at the point the stylesheet was written in, using https://github.com/FusionAuth/fusionauth-theme-history
