Description
When a user navigates to the Home Page of the quickstart application and clicks on the "log in or create a new account" a redirect is not invoked to a configured login endpoint.
Steps to Reproduce
Navigate to the home page
Click on the "log in or create a new account" text
Expected Result
On click the user should be redirected to the FA login page
Actual Result
On click nothing occurs and the user remains on the Home page.
