Just noting this issue that popped up.
Users will require the ability to change the vertical Z position at which the dr_sep calculations in 'equilibrium.py' are carried out. At present, the default is Z=0 but this will not be accurate for equilibria that are off the centerline (or are not axisymmetric). I will change the function to include a 'Z' option, with the default now being the Zgeometric position of the plasma.
