SPHY model runs without glacier module but shows error when glacier module is enabled

I recently installed the SPHY QGIS plugin. The model runs correctly when the glacier module is turned off. However, when I enable the glacier module, the model produces an error during the run.
The glacier table, GLAC_ID, and MOD_ID are generated successfully, but the model stops with the error shown in the screenshot below.
Could someone please help identify the cause of this issue or suggest a possible solution?
