Known Issues

Use this section for current issues that may affect multiple students or faculty.

If there are no known course-wide issues:

🟢 No known course-wide issues are currently listed.

When an issue exists, include:

  • A short description of the problem
  • Affected environment or repository
  • What students or faculty may experience
  • A workaround, when one is available
  • A link to the related GitHub Issue when appropriate

Setup-specific troubleshooting belongs in the Setup Problems and Support page rather than here.

Understanding Status

Operational Status

  • 🟢 Available - Expected to be usable normally
  • 🟡 Known Issue - Available or partially available with a known problem
  • 🔴 Unavailable - Not currently available
  • 🚧 Not Yet Available - Planned but not yet released

Development Status

Development status describes where a course artifact or environment is in its lifecycle.

  • 🗺️ Planned
  • 🗓️ Requirements
  • 📝 Design
  • 🚧 Construction
  • 🅰️ Alpha Testing
  • 🅱️ Beta Testing
  • ✅ Ready for Pilot
  • 🔧 Maintenance
  • 📦 Archived

Development status and operational status describe different things. An artifact may be under active maintenance while remaining fully available to students.

Reporting a Problem

Before reporting a problem, check whether it is already listed on this page.

For additional guidance about GitHub Issues, Discussions, and support channels, see Status, Issues, and Discussions.

Do not post passwords, authentication codes, access tokens, private identifying information, or complete solutions to graded assignments in public GitHub areas.
