Mini Apps page shows Chinese text when app language is set to English

Description

When the app language is set to English, the Mini Apps page still displays Chinese text throughout the interface. This includes the page title, subtitle, search box placeholder, button tooltips, empty state messages, confirm dialogs, and loading/error states.

Other pages (e.g. Welcome, Settings) display correctly in English.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Set the app language to English
2. Open the Mini Apps page from the left navigation panel

Expected

All text on the Mini Apps page should be in English.
