- Add core insights generation pipeline (collection, facet extraction, synthesis, HTML)
- Expose Tauri commands for generating/loading/canceling insights reports
- Add web UI Insights scene, entry button, store and API client
- Add shared AI JSON extraction helper and refactor callers
- Update capabilities and i18n strings for Insights navigation
