- introduce `RequestContextPolicy` to control instruction, memory, rule, and layout sections per agent - split workspace instruction and auto-memory context builders into dedicated modules - inject request context reminders from the execution engine instead of prompt template placeholders - simplify agent prompt templates by removing duplicated project context, rules, and memory placeholders
