With the new version of VTK (9.6), some changes have been made leading to issues in the geosPythonPackages:
As the geosPhythonPackages implements ParaView plugins and the version 9.6 of VTK is not yet avaleable with ParaView. This PR aims to limite the version of vtk to 9.5 maximum.
Once the version 9.6 avalable on ParaView, a PR to update the geosPythonPackages may be done.
