Today, MAPL changed its
developbranch to point to MAPL3. But, GEOSldas (like all of GEOS currently) is based on MAPL2. So, we update thecomponents.yamlto point havemepo develop MAPLcheckout therelease/v2branch.At the same time, we update to MAPL v2.69.0 which is a pretty minor change, though @weiyuan-jiang can say if there are any LDAS specific changes (I don't think so).
Also clean up some unneeded github actions.
