This update includes a correction to the SF6 emissions, which previously had been held constant at 2008 levels. This is the only "non-zero-diff" aspect of the PR.

This update also uses an alternative (and zero-diff) Chem Settling routine that does not require the Chem_Bundle type. The new routine must be present under GEOSchem_GridComp/Shared.

Compilation will fail until the new release of @GEOSchem_GridComp .

hi @mathomp4 , thanks for approving the changes. Since this PR needs the latest CHEM release (from this morning), it fails on the build test. Might you be able to complete the merge?
