Release list
Rufid 0.1.2
USB write compatibility hotfix.
This release fixes an end-of-write failure reported during F-Droid testing. Rufid had completed image data writing, then reported failure when a USB mass-storage device rejected the final SCSI SYNCHRONIZE CACHE(10) command with Illegal Request, ASC/ASCQ 0x26/0x00.
Changes:
- Treat unsupported/invalid final
SYNCHRONIZE CACHEIllegal Request responses as non-fatal after image data has been written. - Covers invalid command, invalid command field, and invalid parameter-list reports.
- Keeps actual USB data
WRITE(10/16), capacity, transfer, medium, and hardware errors fatal. - Adds clearer local error reports that distinguish data WRITE failures from final cache-sync failures.
Rufid 0.1.1

:app:assembleDebug:app:assembleRelease:app:testDebugUnitTest:app:lintDebug
The unit suite passed 20 tests with 0 failures.
Device Notes
A packaged FreeDOS LiteUSB write was run from a Samsung Z Flip test device to a USB SanDisk 3.2Gen1 drive. A PC-side check confirmed the previous USB contents and partition information were replaced and the drive presented as FreeDOS LiteUSB media.
The same SanDisk drive was recovered from FreeDOS media into one MBR exFAT volume from Rufid on the Z Flip. Rufid verified the MBR, exFAT main boot sector, checksum sector, and backup boot sector, then read-only inspection reported OEM: EXFAT, volume label SANDISK 32G, and file system exFAT.
No secure erase or full-disk wipe claim is made.
