Evaluate Profile-Guided Optimization (PGO)

Hi!

Right now I am testing Profile-Guided Optimization (PGO) benefits for different kinds of software (the results are here).

Since PGO shows improvements in many cases, I think would be a good idea to try to optimize Compressonator tooling with PGO and measure the improvements. If PGO can help - would be great to see a note about PGO in the documentation.
