Gen3 Admin Dashboard
- Open Dashboard after sign-in.
- Scan the quick-view KPI widgets and detail panels first.
- If you see Platform default models incomplete, use Open QuickStart or the sidebar QuickStart item before tenants ingest datasets or chat.
- Drill into failing components before changing configuration elsewhere.
The dashboard is the first stop for whether the deployment is safe to change or needs incident response.
The Control Panel dashboard is the operator landing page for deployment posture. It is intentionally compact: use it to confirm the current state quickly, then move into the specific admin workspace that needs action.
The active Gen 3 dashboard uses compact quick-view widgets instead of a long list of static quick links. Each widget is clickable and routes to the relevant Control Panel workspace.
The top row summarizes:
- Users — total and enabled counts
- Active sessions — recent sign-in activity (7-day window)
- Providers — total and enabled inference providers
- Models — total and enabled configured models
- License — status, seats, and expiry posture
- Compliance — whether compliance mode is enabled and which framework is active
Below the KPI strip, stacked panels add drill-down context:
- Users — role breakdown (operator vs tenant roles)
- Models & providers — deployment default model IDs with configured/disabled status, plus registry enabled/total counts by model type
- License — seat usage and grace-period signals
- Compliance — framework label and ISO 42001 add-on posture
- Access activity — 7-day authentication summary
- Recent authentication events — latest sign-in/session events
When deployment default models are incomplete, the dashboard shows a Platform default models incomplete banner with Open QuickStart and a link to Default Models. Resolve this before tenants rely on chat, embeddings, or GT Helper defaults. See QuickStart.
Super Admins with incomplete setup see QuickStart in the Control Panel sidebar (with completion percent until finished). The Control Panel sidebar can collapse to an icon-only rail via the chevron toggle; your preference persists in the browser.
Use it at the start of an operator session to answer questions like:
- Is the deployment licensed and healthy enough for routine operations?
- Are user counts or license seats higher than expected?
- Which admin page should I open next?
The dashboard is not a full operational console. It does not replace the detailed pages for:
- Check the dashboard summary.
- Identify the area that needs action.
- Move immediately into the dedicated workspace.
- Return later only for a fresh top-level posture check.
