Light values unknown to the mod should fall back to a default value, rather than not emit light at all

You can do that? Well i'll have to give that a try when I get the chance.

Wouldn't it make more sense for there to be a default light value and allow the user to change the block's color to whatever they want post-hoc, rather than to just have light blocks produce no light at all if it's unknown to the mod? If the user isn't paying attention it's very easy for them to miss if a block is supposed to put out light or not, and it would make way more sense for those to fall back to a default (white light)

Can you give me a list of of blocks that currently have this issue?

A default fallback value would make no sense, as then all blocks with an "unknown" value would glow.
