This project takes data from the 'flash challenge' of the airport scanner game where, broadly, particiapnts are completing search levels looking for prohibited items in airport luggage. The specific data for this prokject comes from the mini object sorting game where one item appears on the screen at a time and participants must sort it up or down based on whether it is permitted in airport luggae. With this data, a binomial z-score is calculated as a measure of evidence for either trial type (prohibited or allowed), and this work sorts trials by that score for anlayses. In addition to a standard repsonse time analysis, drift difussion models are run at varying binomial z-scores to assess the impact of evidence accumulation on visual processing and its specific, underlying mechanisms.
