Doesn't restore to snapped window location

I have the FluentWeather window snapped to a corner of my monitor. But it will only restore to the pre-snapped location after relaunch.

Why? This is the only app I use that has this problem. Microsoft Weather app that comes with Windows 11 does not have this issue.

This is not true. I tried with Edge and Powertoys, but they do not remember the position if put in a snap position suggested by Windows 11. If the app is resized or put fullscreen, the position will be remembered by Windows.
