Sometimes it can be very useful to remove single stylesheets and not all.
Therefore I added a
remove(href)function which the links href as parameter and removes the matching link.The CssInjector function's singlePageMode variable shadows the outer whcih cause the singlePageMode varibale in the event handler to be always
false.
