RetroArch accessibility support through Espeak and possible Onion UI support? #18

Hi,
So I just got an RG28XX in my hands yesterday, hoping there is a CFW option that has both native RetroArch support and a speech synthesizer like Espeak for accessibility as I'm blind and finally want a device where I can dump entire no-intro collections on to my handheld without having to memorize menu items.
I've been poking around at your BR config, and it seems as though Espeak isn't enabled as an included package, so I recommend including it to make the RA frontend accessible. Additionally it would be great if you could make a small helper script that lets a user know that some kind of accessibility exists up on 1st-boot so that they don't have to beg their family for help like I do lmao.
I'm open to doing PRs and stuff if you understandably can't be asked to do this but I was wondering if you'd even be open to this existing here or if I should do my own experimentations with BR + RA from scratch.
Also. how is the Garlic UI it self built? I wonder if making that accessible as well would be feasible.
