Removed the footer, and old color scheme ideas.
Added variables too the CSS instead of hardcoded values.
Removed the about.html and contact.html pages. These pages are no longer needed for the future design of the project.
Deleted the resume code and refactored the important parts.
Converted the CSS to be responsive depending on the user's device. I also removed all absolute sizing in the program.
Reorganized the structure of the classes. Furthermore, I added more responsiveness for mobile friendly viewing.
Added content, edited the css files, etc..
Added javascript functionality for button redirects.
Added redirects to hashes within the webpage.
Removed depreciated projects code.
Switched from flexbox to grid and fixed all alignment issues.
Implemented a tutorial tooltip. Not a big fan of the implementation so will probably be revised later!

In this pull request, the majority of the websites structure has been designed, and partially implemented. The content is still lacking, but the theming is not.
