Tested locally and works well. I wonder if the message needs to be slightly more helpful. For example, "You are no longer participating in any studies. If you think this is a mistake please contact x". 'X' could be the contact email that the 'Contact us' dialogue sends messages to. Or even more helpful we could possibly have a webform for the user to send a message to save them having to send an email.
