Minor update version

Changes

Added new option "Reverse skill traversal order" that is a sub option of "Enable Weapon Skill Hotkeys"
The highest tier skill will be selected first if this option is checked.
Arranged layouts of Overview pane
In order to avoid duplication of work, settings information has been removed.

Bug fixes

Fixed bug that equipment tags disappear randomly when Inventory page is visited
Fixed bug that a JavaScript error occurs when an hourly encounter is finished
