Resolves #191

• Model changes

  • Added doc_format_pref to user model to store document preference
  • Added document_input_preview_csv to Project model to store csv string of document input preview

• Added user account settings option to select either JSON or CSV as preferred document format
  

• Display document and annotations as a table format
  

• Added a feature for uploading csv document for previewing a document when configuring the project
  

• Added tests and integration tests for the features
